COVID-19 Policy

By attending this event, I acknowledge that I understand and accept the risks associated with COVID-19. I agree to release and hold harmless the event producer, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to my attendance at this event and any resulting exposure to COVID-19.

Cannabis Marketing Summit will comply with the City of Denver and Hilton’s COVID-19 guidelines and mandates. 

 

Refund Policy

In the case the event is postponed, tickets will not be refunded, but rather honor the new date. In the case the event is moved online, tickets will not be refunded, but rather provide access to the digital event.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis subject to a 20% service fee for approved transfers.

 

Age Verification Policy

I understand and accept that this event is for individuals 21 and older and can provide proof of age upon entry.

 

Photography and Video Recording
No exhibit, performance or event presented at the Cannabis Marketing Summit shall be photographed, videotaped, broadcast or recorded for commercial use, sale, or distribution of any kind without the express written consent of the CMA. If found in violation of this section, the Exhibitor agrees to surrender recording media immediately at the request of the CMA and may be subject to the Non-Compliance section below. 

 

Image Release

Photos and/or video/audio recordings taken at the Event by CMA, or others on behalf of CMA, may include Participant’s image, name, voice, and/or likeness.

Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with any of the above rules and regulations may result in a verbal warning with a chance to come into compliance and or immediate cancellation and evacuation of the exhibit space without a refund, and or cancellation of the ticket and prohibition of the person who violates the compliance, and or suspension from exhibiting at or attending future CMA trade shows or events for a period of time deemed appropriate by CMA under the particular circumstances, and or the police may be called.
